Pricing & downloads

How much does a library item cost?

$9.99 per item, one-time. Pay once and the build is yours to keep. No subscription, no expiry, no per-venue licensing.

Pricing may vary as we add larger productions to the library. Each item's page shows its current price.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay. Currency is USD.

Payments are processed through Imweb's global payment partners. We never see or store your card details.

How do I get the build after paying?

Instant email with a download link the moment payment clears. The zip includes both Windows .exe and macOS .app bundles. Re-download anytime from the link in your receipt email.

Can I share the download with colleagues or use it across multiple venues?

One purchase covers one organization across any venues you operate. For agency or reseller use, drop us a note for a multi-org license.

What's your refund policy?

If a build doesn't run on a setup that matches the listed minimum specs, we'll refund within 14 days. Email us with your order number and a short note about what failed.

Hardware

Do I need a Paintpam MP unit to run a library item?

No. Library items are designed natively for the MP Series, but each one lists the touchscreens, LiDAR rigs, or projector setups it also runs on. We'll tell you up front before you download.

What's Screen Paint and do I need it?

Screen Paint is our purpose-engineered projection coating. Calibrated gain, color-neutral, field-finishable. Every MP unit ships with the Screen Paint surface already prepared.

If you're projecting onto your own surface, library items will still work. The visual result depends on what you project onto.

What's SPG (Screen Paint Glass)?

SPG is our rear-projection variant. A Screen Paint coating engineered for glass and transparent acrylic surfaces. Storefronts, lobby partitions, museum cases, pop-up displays.

For SPG inquiries (kit request, spec sheet, reference installs), email yonhwa@paintpam.com. We typically reply within one business day.

Can I buy an MP Series unit?

Yes. And that's a conversation, not a checkout. Drop us a note via Contact below with rough specs (which MP, where, what kind of installation) and we'll respond directly.

Library

What format do library items ship in?

Each library item is a self-contained zip with executables for Windows and macOS, plus the assets and any calibration files needed. Unzip, run, calibrate, play.

How long do library items run?

Most library items are designed as seamless loops (60-300 seconds) that run indefinitely. Active library items (games, guestbooks, biking) run as long as someone is interacting.

Can library items be customized?

Light theming (logos, colors, custom text) is something we do for installations. Talk to us via Contact. Deeper customization is a separate project we take on selectively.

Delivery

How long does the download link take?

Usually under 5 minutes. If you don't see the email, check spam. And reach out via Contact if it doesn't arrive within an hour.

Are downloads region-restricted?

No. Files are served from a global CDN. Bandwidth-heavy library items (1-2 GB) may take longer on slower connections.
